Residents of Downbeach towns, especially those who are part-time residents who may not be familiar with local weather patterns, may be interested in learning more about how to protect themselves and their property from severe weather events at the upcoming Downbeach Community Meeting.

The annual information sharing event will be held 6-9 p.m. Wednesday July 15 during the Sunset at Ski Beach concert, Dorset Avenue at the bay.

Enjoy the concert and between sets hear from local Emergency Management officials, local insurance companies and utility representatives about how to be prepared for hurricane season.
