NORTHFIELD – The Atlantic County Division of Public Health has announced its fall flu shot clinics will be held at locations throughout the county September through October.

A flu shot clinic will be held in Ventnor City 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Oct. 3 at the Atlantic County Library Ventnor Branch, 6500 Atlantic Ave. Clinics will also be offered in nearby Atlantic City 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Sept 22 at Quaremba Hall at St. Michael’s Church, 10 N. Mississippi Ave., and 10 a.m. to noon, Monday, Sept. 28 at the Atlantic City Free Public Library, 1 N. Tennessee Ave.

Adult walk-in clinics will be held 9 a.m. to noon every Tuesday, starting Oct. 27 at 201 S. Shore Rd., Northfield; and 10 a.m. to noon on the third Tuesday of the month at 310 Bellevue Ave., Hammonton.

Flu shots are recommended for everyone 6 months or older to prevent severe illness, hospitalization and death.
