MARGATE – The Margate Business Association Tuesday hosted the Greater Atlantic City Chamber’s Multi-Association Mixer at the Rooftop Lounge at Sunrise Tequila Bar and Restaurant.

The sharing of business cards was de rigueur, as was chatting, imbibing and enjoying some culinary treats.

MBA President Ed Berger welcomed entrepreneurs from several regional business associations, including the Chamber and Ventnor, Somers Point, Northfield and Brigantine business associations. Gabe Staino of the Atlantic County Economic Alliance was also in attendance, along with Margate Mayor Michael Collins, Commissioner Cathy Horn and representatives of various Margate businesses.

Berger thanked the city for its continuing support of the business community, which helps Margate thrive even during challenging times. Meanwhile, business owners of all professions mingled and worked to establish new partnerships.

“Events like this demonstrate the power of collaboration,” Berger said. “When our associations work together, we create opportunities, strengthen relationships, and help businesses through Atlantic County succeed.”
