DOWNBEACH – First up, heed the warnings of the chiefs of the Ventnor, Margate and Longport beach patrols – swim only at guarded beaches, and parents, keep an eye on your children.
The beaches along Absecon Island Downbeach communities will have limited staffing until the 4th of July weekend.
Beaches are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. depending on the weather.
The following beaches will be staffed Saturday-Monday, May 23-25:
