Soar & Shore Airshow Presented by Visit Atlantic City
The Soar & Shore Airshow Presented by Visit Atlantic City returns this year from May 29 – 31, where visitors at the three-day beach front event can expect high-speed military jets and aerobatic performers. The event is headlined by aircrafts such as the U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor and U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II, and runs daily from noon to 3 p.m. General admission is free, however tickets can be purchased for viewing that includes a spacious tent, premium viewing along the shoreline, provided food and beverage and more. On May 29 from 5 to 7 p.m., visitors can enjoy an exclusive meet and greet at the Atlantic City International Airport. Free and open to the public, guests can expect food trucks and giveaways and have the chance to meet and take photos with the pilots and performers of the Airshow.
Taking place on May 29 at 3 p.m., visitors can experience one of the most entertaining spectacles in the destination, ESPN’s Slippery Stairs. The event is a high-energy beach competition where participants race up a soap-covered slippery staircase in pursuit of bragging rights and quirky prizes. The event is free and perfect for all ages to participate or just be a spectator.
Visitors can watch major soccer matches in Atlantic City at a variety of sportsbooks, casinos and bars located throughout the city. Guests can head to Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall for watch parties, jersey giveaways and draft beers specials featuring selections from around the world. Located in close proximity to host destinations like MetLife Stadium and Lincoln Financial Field, Atlantic City serves as an easy and accessible place to vacation before or after attending matches in the region.
World Cup Match Ball Boardwalk Instillation
Located in front of The Yard at Bally’s Atlantic City, the official match ball of the FIFA World Cup 2026™: Trionda is on display along the Atlantic City Boardwalk. The installation will be on display all summer long, marking Atlantic City as an official viewing destination.
North Beach Fireworks Spectacular
The North Beach Fireworks Spectacular returns on June 26, offering a free beachfront event held along the north end of the Atlantic City Boardwalk starting at 9 p.m. Prime viewing locations will be available on the North End of the boardwalk, with the event also including live music, drink specials, and other activities throughout the North Beach boardwalk area.
Atlantic City Sports Offshore Grand Prix
The Atlantic City Sports Offshore Grand Prix, taking place June 26 – 28, brings high-speed offshore powerboat racing back to the Atlantic City shoreline for an adrenaline-filled weekend. Featuring some of the world’s fastest boats competing along the coast, the event delivers thrilling action paired with beachside viewing and fan experiences.
Jimmy Johnson’s Atlantic City “Quest for the Ring” Championship Fishing Week
Taking place from July 12 – 18, the annual Jimmy Johnson’s Atlantic City “Quest for the Ring” Championship Fishing Week (JJFISHWEEKAC) returns as a premier offshore fishing tournament that brings elite teams to compete along the New Jersey coast for a coveted championship ring. Hosted in partnership with Visit Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Sports Commission, the event features multiple days of high-stakes fishing, nightly weigh-ins at the Golden Nugget Atlantic City and Ocean City, MD that are free and open to the public, and nightly hospitality and entertainment. It combines world-class sportfishing with a festival-style atmosphere throughout the week.
CASINO RESORT EVENTS AND UPDATES
America’s Birthday Bar at 1927 Lounge at Ocean Casino Resort
Taking place this June in honor of America 250, the 1927 Lounge at Ocean Casino Resort will debut “America’s Birthday Bar.” This will be an immersive, Americana-inspired pop-up experience that will feature festive decor, themed photo opportunities and specialty cocktails to celebrate the nation’s milestone anniversary. Philadelphia-based beverage partners will add a distinct local element, paying tribute to the birthplace of America.
Drone Shows at Ocean Casino Resort
In honor of America’s 250th birthday, The Park at Ocean Casino Resort will light up the sky with a patriotic themed drone show every Friday in July.
After Sun, Before Fun Package at Ocean Casino Resort
In collaboration with the brand MakeUp Eraser, Ocean is debuting a new package for summer that is designed to get guests transitioned from a day spent at HQ2 Beachclub to a night out at one of Ocean’s restaurants or HQ2 Nightclub. The Memorial Day Beach Ball Drop is a high-energy kickoff to summer along the Atlantic City Boardwalk, held outside Resorts Casino Hotel on May 22. Thousands of colorful beach balls will be released over the crowd in a festive spectacle, accompanied by live entertainment, games and more. The free event marks the unofficial start of the season with a lively, celebratory atmosphere.
The Piggy Bank Summer Pop-Up Bar at Resorts Casino Hotel
Recently opened, The Piggy Bank is a new pop-up bar experience located on the casino floor, featuring pig-themed decor and cocktail specials, live music, promotional giveaways and more.
Creative Works Art Gallery at Resorts Casino Hotel
Creative Works Gallery is Resorts’ newest art space where guests have the chance to step inside and watch the featured artists create pieces right in front of their eyes. Whether it is sketching, painting or experimenting, the gallery serves as an interactive studio.
Raise a glass at the Tropicana Wine Festival: Wines with Personality, arriving for one day only on Saturday, June 6 at Tropicana Atlantic City’s Grand Exhibition Center. Summer Social at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa
Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will host the return of its annual Summer Social on Friday, June 26 from 8–10 p.m. at the resort’s outdoor pool and beer garden.
